By using Corefront services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Corefront provides business communication infrastructure including call routing, SMS automation, appointment reminders, and customer engagement tools for owner-operated service businesses.
Corefront Digital services are provided on a month-to-month subscription basis. There are no long-term contracts and no setup fees.
Billing cycle: Your subscription renews automatically on the same date each month. You will be charged the plan rate you selected at signup.
Cancellation policy: You may cancel at any time by providing written notice to support@corefrontdigital.com at least 30 days before your next billing date. Cancellation requests received fewer than 30 days before the next billing date will take effect at the end of the following billing period. You will retain access to the service through the end of the paid period.
Refunds: Payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Partial-period refunds are not provided.
Price changes: We reserve the right to adjust pricing with at least 30 days written notice. Continued use of the service after the effective date of a price change constitutes acceptance.
You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from your customers before sending automated SMS messages. Corefront provides the infrastructure; compliance with applicable messaging laws is your responsibility.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Corefront Digital is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including lost revenue, lost profits, or loss of customers) arising from your use of or inability to use the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to Corefront Digital in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We aim for maximum uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and circumstances beyond our control may cause temporary outages.
Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
